Salesforce has announced several new offerings for its Sales Cloud that aim to provide users with a 360-degree view of their customers. The new system upgrades would help create personalized customer experiences and help clients embrace and respond better to the new normal of remote work and virtual meetings.
The new tools and platform updates include Salesforce Meetings, Salesforce Maps Field Safety Kit, Enhanced High Velocity Sales, and Einstein Video Call Coaching.
Salesforce Meetings is the meeting management system that provides customer history, service cases, and attendee bios to help sales representatives build more engaging and long-term relationships with buyers. Salesforce Meetings will be compatible with all leading video conferencing applications and software. This tool will provide automated action items and call logs that sales reps can access by leveraging the Salesforce Anywhere application.

Enhanced High Velocity Sales is a streamlined Salesforce solution designed to help sales teams better handle virtual sales throughout the sales cycle, enhance the outbound team’s productivity, and close more deals.

Einstein Video Call Coaching is an artificial intelligence (AI) enhanced solution that analyzes video conversations to provide deep customer insights for sales reps and helps managers craft personalized strategies and tactics. With Einstein Video Call Coaching’s intelligence platform, the system can now seamlessly analyze both audio and video conversations.

Salesforce Map Field Safety Kit is specially designed to analyze COVID-19 trend data and build and map powerful workflows to keep in-person sales safe and productive.

Salesforce Meetings is expected to be released in October 2020. Einstein Video Call Coaching, Enhanced High-Velocity Sales, and Salesforce Map Field Safety Kit capabilities are expected to be made fully available in February 2021.
