1. Einstein Conversation Insights with Sales Signals

Einstein Conversation Insights (ECI) is an AI-powered tool that generates comprehensive call summaries, including key points, trends, and opportunities via natural language processing. 

These summaries help sales teams extract actionable insights directly from their conversations, enabling data-driven selling.

Sales Signals, a component of ECI, identifies crucial insights from these calls, helping teams effectively align their sales and marketing strategies.

2. Einstein Copilot for Sales Actions

The new Einstein Copilot for Sales Actions helps sellers speed up call preparation and follow-up by automating the creation of prioritized agendas, to-do lists, and summaries of top leads and new accounts. 

Moreover, it also identifies opportunities needing attention and sends personalized follow-up emails based on call data.

3. Enhancements in Field Service Operations

The Asset Health Score is a new feature in Salesforce’s Data Cloud that integrates real-time data from assets like ERP or EAM systems to assess overall health and performance. 

This allows enterprises to set criteria to trigger workflows when assets need attention, including creating work orders for technicians.

4. A new analytics tool, Field Service Intelligence, provides ready-to-use dashboards to track asset-related KPIs.

5. General Availability Of Vector Database in Data Cloud

The vector database, now generally available, allows Salesforce users to combine structured and unstructured data from various sources, making it accessible for AI models.
